Privacy policy
Secretary · last updated 23 October 2026
Secretary is a private tool used by its owner only. This policy describes what it does with Google user data.
What Google data it accesses
Secretary requests one permission: calendar.app.created. With it, Secretary can create
its own secondary calendar ("TUM deadlines") and create, change and delete events in that calendar.
It cannot read or change any other calendar or event in the account.
How the data is used
- Secretary writes one event per course deadline into its own calendar and updates or removes the event when the deadline changes or is cancelled.
- It does not read other Google data, does not use the data for advertising, and does not sell, share or transfer it to anyone.
Storage
The access token and the mapping between deadlines and calendar events are stored only on the owner's own computer. Access can be revoked at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions; the "TUM deadlines" calendar can be deleted in Google Calendar.
Contact
Secretary is operated by the owner of appiarus.com for personal use.
